Men are seeking a certain flavor of brotherhood. Something beyond what we are accustomed to. Many of us are interested in up leveling our capacity to serve our loved ones and the world from a place of authenticity and strength. A centered presence that can cradle the wounds we carry and the lives we want to lead. This process is a not a journey of the mind, but of the heart. Of the body. The work is not intellectual; it is experiential. That is what the Shadowscaping Men’s Circle is about. It is an experience for men to expand their presence, awareness, authenticity, connections, and heart. Together we will practice embodying that which we want to become.
Dress in comfortable cloths for practice and bring a water container. Brody will be leading us through a practice that will include movement, breath, meditation, connection, and asanas.
